7-Day Cashback & Refund Policy

At Fattani Computer, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original condition, with no physical damage, missing components, or signs of misuse.

• All original packaging, documentation, and accessories must be returned intact.

• Refunds will be processed only after inspection and verification of the product’s eligibility by our technical team.

• The 7-day window starts from the date the customer receives the product.

• Refunds are processed via the original payment method or issued as store credit, based on customer preference.

• For online transactions, bank charges or transaction fees (if any) may be deducted from the total refunded amount.

• Items marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable” are not eligible for a refund.

• Products purchased via installment plans or third-party financing are not eligible for cashback.

🚚 Shipping Policy

• Karachi Deliveries: Flat delivery charges of Rs. 500 apply.

• Outside Karachi: Standard delivery charges of Rs. 1500.

• Optional Insurance: On customer request, insurance can be added through the courier service (additional charges may apply).
