To qualify for a warranty claim:
The productĀ must be purchased directly from Fattani ComputersĀ (in-store or online).
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)Ā is required.
TheĀ original warranty sticker/seal must be intact and unbroken.

Battery backup guaranteeĀ of at leastĀ 1.5 hours (90 minutes)Ā on all laptops.

Based on assessment, your device will either be:
