Warranty Terms & Conditions – Fattani Computers
At Fattani Computers, we take pride in offering high-quality, fully tested refurbished and used laptops, desktops, tablets, and accessories. All products sold by us are backed by a limited repair or replacement warranty (Terms & Conditions apply), setting a benchmark in trust and after-sales support in Pakistan.
🔹 1. Warranty Eligibility
To qualify for a warranty claim:
The product must be purchased directly from Fattani Computers (in-store or online).
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
The original warranty sticker/seal must be intact and unbroken.
🔹 2. Warranty Coverage
Our warranty includes:
Hardware issues not caused by customer misuse.
Operating system and driver-related problems.
Battery backup guarantee of at least 1.5 hours (90 minutes) on all laptops.
A compatible charger is included (may not be the original brand charger).
All devices are sold in fully functional condition, with:
All major features tested and working
Minimal cosmetic wear (scratches or signs of usage), but no cracks, dents, or physical damage
Pre-installed operating systems (Windows, ChromeOS, or Linux as applicable)
🔹 3. Warranty Limitations & Exclusions
The following are not covered under warranty:

| Removed Seals | If the warranty sticker/seal is broken or removed |
| Third-Party Repairs | Devices opened or repaired by unauthorized service providers |
🔹 4. Warranty Process
Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or visit our store.
Provide original invoice or receipt.
We will diagnose the issue and confirm whether it falls under warranty.
Based on assessment, your device will either be:
Repaired at no cost, or
Replaced with a similar or equivalent model (subject to availability)
Warranty claims are usually processed within 3–7 business days, depending on complexity.

Warranty applies to hardware and operating system functionality only.
Fattani Computers is not liable for data loss during repairs. Please backup your data before submitting any device.
Warranty does not entitle you to a refund unless explicitly mentioned in a promotional offer.
Battery performance may degrade over time; only backup under 90 minutes at delivery time is eligible for claim.
